Visbody 3D body scanner uses Intel depth camera and instant body scanning (IBS) technology to complete a 3D scan of the human body in less than 45 seconds and generate a high-precision 3D model within 10 seconds. The whole process is 100% safe.

Visbody body composition analysis is performed using 8-electrode multi-frequency BIA technology, which provides information on segmented fat mass, muscle, protein, inorganic salts, etc. In addition, this body composition analysis can be performed independently. Wearing loose-fitting clothing will not affect the measurement results.

The 3D body scanner uses artificial intelligence technology to extract contour and bone point data from 3D avatars, analyze more than 1 million models, and successfully reduce the data to millimeter-level accuracy.

You can log in to the Visbody cloud platform and delete your scanning record in the system. But it requires the permission of the property owner of the Visbody equipment.

You can use the USB plug of the Visbody equipment to connect to the printer directly for printing. Epson L1119 and HP1112 are currently available. Or log in to the dashboard on the computer connected to the printer to download and print the report.

Visbody 3D Body Scanner can send PDF reports to your registered email address. You can forward the report to your friends. H5 webpage report is also available for further sharing.

Yes, it is possible. Log in to the dashboard, click “Personal Information” – > “Account Settings” – > “Paper Report Logo Configuration” to submit your company logo with the correct PNG format.

All data is stored in the Cloud Server, and you can view your reports from the Visbody H5 webpage or website. It helps you keep track of changes in your physical state.

It’s not harmful to pregnant women. However, the special body structure of pregnant women can lead to inaccurate body composition test results. These devices are safe for most people. However, bioelectrical impedance analysis, such as a pacemaker, should not be used by anyone with an electromedical implant.

No. The upgrade does not affect the data. Data is stored in the cloud. You can read it at any time when you login to the system.

Visbody service is compliant with GDPR strictly as Visbody is using AMAZON Cloud (based in EU), they will be contacted to make the amendment if Visbody has received any request from your side to manage your scanning data.

FAQ- Measurement

  1. Take off your socks and shoes and take your body measurements barefoot.
  2. Don’t wear metal accessories such as rings, watches, or necklaces.
  3. Take off your coat and wear lightweight, tight-fitting clothing for body measurements
  • Weight measurement: Stand naturally with both hands
  • Composition measurement: Open the upper arm at a 45-degree angle
  • Posture measurement: Follow the voice prompts to spread your arms at a 45-degree angle and complete each step in a suitable time

Wearing loose-fitting clothing can affect the effectiveness of the 3D image, but the body composition is still accurate. We recommend wearing tight clothing when taking measurements to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data.

  1. In addition to measuring body composition, Visbody can generate realistic 3D avatars, measure body girth, and perform posture measurements.
  2. The Visbody report shows not only the current measurement results, but also the change from the last measurement. It can display historical 3D mannequins side-by-side for visual comparison.
  3. You don’t have to print. You can have this report delivered to your email with just one click. We also provide an online management platform (dashboard) for users to view their reports.

The implant is assessed as body fat, which can affect the test results.

There are several key reasons for outstanding variations in BIA results, such as body hydration levels, food intake, exercise, testing time, etc. To maintain trustworthy and consistent results, test at the same time of day, stay adequately hydrated but avoid testing immediately after drinking large amounts of water. Take multiple measurements and track trends, not only single values.

FAQ- Order & Delivery

The default warranty is 12-month, but can be prolonged with extra cost. Within the warranty period, spare parts will be shipped to you by Express (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for free. Remote guidance is supported to assist you in installing, updating, and repairing the equipment, the online guidance service is lifelong free of charge.

We distribute the inventory to our local partners globally, please contact us to know the current inventory information of your region. If there is no inventory available, we can export Visbody equipment with well-packed wooden boxes to you directly by normal sea freight/air shipment, etc., it will be good if you have relevant importing experience.

We only accept T/T pre-payment, while we could prepare the goods in advance once we receive your down deposit. Financing/ Leasing/ Renting services are currently available from some of our local partners. Please contact us to know detailed available plans in some regions.
